Who is John La Valle?

John is the President of the Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and a member of the American Society of Training & Development, and is certified with The National Values Center. He is also the co-author, with Richard Bandler (co-creator of NLP), of Persuasion Engineering®. John La Valle is a Licensed Master Trainer of NLP & DHE ™, who has been in the training and development field for over twenty-five years and who has brought NLP and DHE into the business arena for the past two decades.

His extensive background in socio-technical systems design, employee involvement and participative management systems has earned him a reputation for getting results in many major Blue Chip companies. John's training style enables him to get right to core of the issues, where he is well known for his ability to take seemingly complex issues and break them down into easily solvable opportunities.
